Vision IAS material is for the individual only. In case a student is found involved in any violation of copyrights of Vision IAS material, the admission will be cancelled.

Login id & Password for Classroom & Test series program will be sent via email after completing the admission process.

You need to provide details as and when required by Vision IAS.

Fee once paid is non-refundable and non-transferable.

VISION IAS reserves all rights to make any changes in any program including test series schedule/test writing days and timing etc., if need so arises.

By providing an email address or mobile telephone number to the Vision IAS, the student agrees to receiving email and/or SMS communications from the Vision IAS.

The student also accepts that email and/or SMS may not be a secure and confidential means of communication. Vision IAS will not be liable for any loss or damages suffered as a result of communicating with a student by email and/or SMS.

Vision IAS(Ajayvision Education Pvt Ltd) do not accept any chargeback, in case of any disputes same has to be raised to the management of institute in written by post (to below address) or by email to finance@visionias.in

Online Payments Terms & Conditions

This online payment system is provided by the AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED. The AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED may update these terms from time to time without any prior notice or reason and any changes will be effective immediately on being set out here. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms. The country of domicile for AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is India.

Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the online payment facility. Using the online payment facility on this website indicates that you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms then do not use this facility. AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to change the fees at any time.

Your payment will normally reach AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED account to which you are making a payment within two working days. We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED account if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason.

If the card supplier declines payment, AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your bank/credit/debit card supplier that payment has been deducted from your account.

In no event will AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.

Refunds, if applicable, will be at the sole discretion of the administration of the AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, and will only be made to either bank account mentioned in the Online Admission form or to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.

Security

All payment details which are entered through this payment gateway are encrypted when the Student, or third party making payment, enters them. Communications to and from the Service Provider’s site are encrypted. AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any failure by the Student or third party making payment of Fees to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such persons, during the online payment process or in respect of any omission to provide accurate information in the course of the online payment process.

Service Provider

Online Payments of Fees can be made by Credit / Debit card /Net banking or UPI. These payments are not collected by AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED directly but through the Service Provider.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED. AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED may post product specific privacy notices or Help Centre materials to explain our products in more detail without any prior notice.

Arbitration and Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute, the High Court, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction subject to condition that the either party shall be entitled to refer such dispute to the sole arbitration of the Director, AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, Delhi or his nominee who shall decide the dispute according to Arbitration Act and whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties. In case, the nominee of the Director, AJAYVISION EDUCATION PRIVATE LIMITED, Delhi fails to act as arbitrator, Director may change the arbitrator, the person so nominated by the Director will proceed further in the arbitration from the stage the previous nominee has left the arbitration.
