Mission Details

• The first set of data from Aditya-L1 was released accompanied by a national meet.
• The mission was launched , using the PSLV C-57 rocket.
• The spacecraft was positioned in a large halo orbit around the first Earth-Sun Lagrange Point (L1), located 1.5 million kilometers away from Earth towards the Sun.
• Aditya-L1 is currently observing the Sun during its third revolution in the Halo orbit around L1.
