Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) and Takedown Notices
On March 13, 2024, the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C) was appointed as the agency under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to execute functions under Section 79(3)(b) of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
