About Finn’s Weaver
- Finn's Weaver (Ploceus Megarhynchus) is a grassland and wetland bird found mainly in the Terai lowlands of India and Nepal.
- It is also called Yellow Weaver and Himalayan Weaver. In Uttarakhand, it is called Pahari Baya.
- IUCN Status: Endangered
- Habitat: marshy ground, water-edge vegetation, tall grasses
- Threats: Habitat loss, agricultural expansion, grassland reclamation and nest predation

About the PMJVK

- Coverage: open to all districts meeting minority-population criteria.
- Eligibility: where the minority population is more than 25% of the total population in the catchment area - 15Km radius.
Single Nodal Agency - Systematic Progressive Accounting Resource for State Harmonisation (SNA-SPARSH)
- SNA-SPARSH is a system designed to improve cash management and enable just-in-time fund flow from the Centre and States by integrating State IFMIS with the RBI’s e-Kuber platform.
