- E-Mandate is a digital standing instruction that authorizes automatic debits from a bank account for recurring payments, facilitating seamless and automated transactions.
About Framework
- A one-time registration process with validation of additional factor of authentication (AFA) is required for e-mandate.
- Every e-mandate shall specify the validity period of the e-mandate which can be modified or withdrawn by customer at any time.
- All recurring transactions may be authorised without AFA up to ₹15,000/- per transaction.
