Recently the E-Jagriti platform of the Department of Consumer Affairs won the National Awards for e-Governance 2026.

- E- Jagriti is a digital platform that computerizes and connects Consumer Commissions nationwide to ensure transparent, efficient, and speedy consumer dispute resolution.
