    • SC/ST enterprises: Procurement exceeded ₹6,000 crore, with nearly 28% annual growth.
  • Boost to Startups: Procurement crossed ₹19,000 crore in 2025-26, recording over 36% annual growth.

  • Inclusive Procurement
    • SWAYATT: Promotes participation of startups, women, youth, MSEs and SHGs.
    • Womaniya: Provides market access to women entrepreneurs and Women SHGs.
    • SARAS Collection: Showcases products made by rural SHGs.
    • Startup Runway 2.0: Dedicated marketplace for innovative startups.
  • Last-Mile Access: through GeM Suvidha Kendras which Provide seller registration, vendor assessment, etc. to bring MSEs, women, SC/ST entrepreneurs, startups, artisans, SHGs into government procurement.
  • Seller financing: through GeM Sahay providing eligible proprietorship to seller access to instant, collateral-free working capital to fulfil government orders.
